Absolutely. That's one of the fun things about ST meets. If a skater is out on the track or in the stands, they're fair game. Of course, you want to pick your moment. If the skater is working out, etc. you don't want to bother him or her. But if he or she is just walking from one place to another, go for it. If you are really a fan of a skater, feel free to introduce yourself to the skater's mom or dad as well!

Lori usually sits behind the start line. That still true, Lori? :D Ask someone who looks like a regular and he or she can point Lori out to you. If you can find photographer Jerry Search (big, grey-haired guy) he can point her out to you. Lori will introduce you around.

gdbaby77 - we were sitting in the green seats (in the top row), but I was in the media center during most of the breaks. I wasn't walking around as much as I normally do. Tomorrow, however, I'm prolly gonna leave my computer home. We'll likely be sitting in the same area - but because I'm not working the computer, I'll probably be all over the rink. I'll be wearing a cream-colored sweatshirt & blue jeans with a brown shirt underneath. I think I gave you my cell # in a PM - if you don't see me, call me - we want to meet you!
