ISU allows such? They're allowed to have 6 team members - they only skated 4 in the individual events, so I suppose they could have entered one or two just for the relay... I think I remember seeing somewhere that they can submit their final list of names of skaters VERY close to the first day of the World Cup. And the skaters participating in each heat of the relay is chosen by the coaches just before each round. Other than that, I'm not really well-versed in how it works...

Ennn. The ISU entries should be all players, but maybe ISU submits temporarily a new player in a timeliness during the competition.
