It's from Alpha Company Fitness in Chico, CA - from the posting date, I'd say that it was done in early 2009.

New Rocker Fund skater for October 2009, Zach Fuller!

Zach is another promising skater from the Southern California DeMorra Speedskating Club coached by Wilma Boomstra.
Zach made his time trials this year to compete at the Olympic Trials and was Intermediate Men overall National champion last season.
