Thank you to the Potomac Speedskating Club for sending us these pics and some background info on Nikki!  She is a promising short-track skater from Bowie, Maryland who has been very successful in inline skating since she was 3 years old. (She was 3rd in the 2009 US Nationals in inline skating but I'm not sure of the event or category.) She skates for the Potomac Speedskating Club in the Washington, DC area and is coached by the 1998 Olympic 1000m short-track champion Dong-Sung Kim and originally hails from Columbia, South America. Here are some Jerry Search photos of Nikki from the Juvenile Women's events at the 2009 US National Short-Track Championships. She finished 4th overall. She skated her first AmCup Senior race at the AmCup I but had to skip the AmCup II event. Watch for Nikki at AmCup III in Dale City, VA!
