Hahaha...ya beat me to it Lori. That answers the question definitively....Time Marchs On. Now, when will we get more info on J.R. Celski and the rest of the U.S. team? I'm really enjoying the summer Olympics, but as I watch the older athletes, and remember Dara Torres, you realize that a body alone only has a time in the sun. The intangibles are lasting~ Thanks for keeping us up to date Lori SusanG

Well, #1 and #2 should come as no great surprise... 5 Things You Didn't Know About Apolo OhnoArticle By: Samantha Jones | August 6, 2012 www.stack.com/2012/08/06/apolo-ohno/Tags: Apolo Anton Ohno / Short Track Speedskating +++ American short track speed skater Apolo Ohno has long been a household name. Even if you don't follow sports, it's hard to miss him—between his eight Winter Olympics medals, Subway Famous Fan and Dancing With The Stars appearances. But no matter how well-known, everyone has their secrets, even Ohno. While he was in London for the 2012 Summer Games, STACK caught up with America's most decorated Winter Olympian and found out five undiscovered facts about him: •His idol: "My dad has always been a pretty big influence in my life, so [my idol's] always been my dad." •If he were not a speed skater: "Hopefully I would be involved in sports in some capacity. I'm a big fan of Olympic sports, and just sports in general. So I would want to do some kind of broadcasting or producing of some show. I love sports, I love everything involving them." •In the weight room: "I used to be able to Leg Press around 2,000 pounds about two years ago. I tell people, and they say, 'Is that even possible?' It came from daily training." •Most random talent: "I'm really good at impressions. I can do voices really well. I don't know my go-to impression; it depends on my mood, but I'm pretty good at [accents]." •If he could be anyone else: "I'd like to know what it's like to live in David Beckham's shoes. Just for like a week. I met him recently and I saw the type of reception he gets when he goes places. It's a phenomenon, kind of crazy. It' s borderline a little scary."[/img]

'Not sure what this is all about, but you might want to watch the news on Thursday - if you see anything, let us know!

What a tease! He's an expert that that too Hey, maybe he's waiting to see if "Viktor Ahn" shows up! That would be rematch of the day. Dara Torres showed it could be done.

I think he is really pushing the enelope this time. He is 30 and by time he is finished with DWTS that is only going to give him a year and 3 months until the games. I don't think he is going to skate again. I am sure he would love to do DWTS stars tour. The money and the publicity is good. Keeping his name out as "maybe" for the games is also good publicity.

Well, what'd'ja think of Apolo tonight in the DWTS premier? I'm not sure who dressed him , but he opened with a better score than he did last time - a 22 - kind'a 'middle of the pack', but very respectable. Not a bad start at all - good job! A side note: Apolo & Karina danced to "Party Rock Anthem", the same song we've been using on the home page of www.rocker-u.net during the past season - good omen? ;D
