The photo I'm not seeing is the top one in your post just above that is tagged like this: Women’s 3000M relay final – World Cup 5 - Moscow, Russia - Feb 13, 2011. Results are no doubt important, but I prefer to review the ambition of four aureate flowers era.(On the Feeling of Ye Feng's MTV) - by ziggy2007 With the special MTV by Yefeng1984 dedicated to China Short Track Speed Skating Team playing repeatedly, I just cannot restrain my hormone. I become passionate, with all the memories coming out of my frozen mind. Sad and hurt, I underwent the failure of the skaters in the 1998 Olympic Games. It is still now a shadow looming over the numerous enthusiasts for it was so tragic. Yang Yang(A)was deprived of the golden medal which she deserved. It was awarded to Korean, who obviously should be disqualified. Wang Chunlu, omnipotent in 500m, experienced something similar in the finals. The two events only left Yang Yang(S) to get two silver medals, which made her the most abject medalist in the world. At that time, the Chinese Women Team was at their prime, but due to the lack of experience, they were surpassed by Koreans with only two laps to go in the finals of relay. Li Jiajun was leading until he was surpassed in the very end of the 1000m event. That is not a fiasco, and it seemed that everything went against China. That was when I was Grade Two in my junior high middle school. Now looking back the past years, I should say four years just constituted only one flash in my life. The China Team finally come to their ice-breaking moment in 2002 Salt Lake Olympics. Before that, I strong believed that the Team would get the first golden medal in history. But somehow, Yang Yang(A) failed in 1500m, the title of which she had never lost in the previous season. She, looking back the years, describes the failure as a nightmare. The pressure to get the first golden medal in the winter games was so harsh that she lost herself in the 1500m event. When I see the picture of Yang Yang (A ) shaking hand with the 1500m winner with a smile, my feeling is rather mixed although it is the thing of the past. I detect perseverance in her. And in the following 500m and 1000m events, she grabbed both golden medals. I watched the video of the games on CCTV5. Yang Yang was doing extremely well in 500m, she was always the first in her heat to advance into the next. In the finals, she was just impeccably crazy, perfect in every step and led until the finishing line. My heart leaped at that moment. A bizarre feeling conquered my heart, and somehow I thought they would get the ice-breaking gold. In the prime of Chinese women short track team with four so-called flowers, Yang Yang(A), Yang Yang (S), Wang Chunlu and Sun Dandan. They sometimes lost the games, but it did not matter. What impressed me most is the air they presume as the dominator in the arena of short track. And it is a great pity that in the current national, this air has already evaporated from the skaters except Wang Meng. I hope that the team will again become the team that can arouse great stir in the hearts of Chinese people.

ISU World Short Track Speed Skating Championships Sheffield, Great Britain. 11 - 13 Mar, 2011 Ladies 500m final, Fan Kexin won the gold medal. In ladies 500m final, there are three chinese athletes and a Italian athlete. Chinese Fan Kexin won the gold medal and Liu Qiuhong got the bronze meda, Li Jianrou was fourth. Italian FONTANA Arianna was second, got the silver medal. Especially to deserve to be mentioned, from officially entered the national team to become world champion, she took just less than 5 months. Even Yang Yang A and Wang Meng could not do this and their first world championships had not get the gold medal in individual events. From she just entered the national team, the 500m result was more than 45 seconds, to now slided out the best result was more than 43 seconds in the World Cup sub-stop, raised speed 2 seconds Less than a half year, her progress is very large! From the 1997 World Championships, the Chinese women team only lost two gold medals in the women 500m events on all previous years world championships. One time is because Yang Yang A and Wang Chunlu all made mistakes in the semifinal, both missed the final. The other one time is because Wang Meng was suspended. Now, she won not only help Chinese team continues the superiority on this event, but also her own first World Series championship. In the Chinese short track speed skating history, the 28th world champion have produced! (some article excerpts from China short track forum) Kexin Fan of China wins gold, Arianna Fontana of Italy wins silver and Qiuhong Liu of China wins bronze in the Ladies 500m Final during day two of the ISU World Short Track Speed Skating Championships at Sheffield Arena on March 12, 2011 in Sheffield, England. ISU World Short Track Speed Skating Championships Sheffield, Great Britain. 11 - 13 Mar, 2011 Men 500m final, Liang Wenhao got a bronze medal. That was a glorious defeat! The track is very important in 500m competition. Athlete does not care about 500m tracks in the world, Only Wang Meng! The athlete wants to win the championship on the fourth track, the hope is very uncertain. But Liang Wenhao unexpectedly was at the fifth track! He was interfered in 500m semifinal, Had to rely on a ADV to promote. In 500m final, he was on the fifth track and he was interfered again when the Netherlands athlete slipped. In such adverse circumstances, He caught up with other athletes and made a beyond. Unfortunately, He did not get hold of yourself at the last corner, he only got the third. Although had some regrets, but we still saw the hope. Did not good position, but still can get a medal in final. Indicated that he already has had the ability and strength of world-class skaters in the men 500m event. On the race field, Each variable is gained an experience for him. The experience increase and the strength enhancement, His future will be worth anticipating very much! ISU World Short Track Speed Skating Championships Sheffield, Great Britain. 11 - 13 Mar, 2011 Laides 1000m final: Tag: Li Jianrou After the competition started, Li Jianrou was in third position. She used the inside track to catch up with Italian FONTANA Arianna, but occurred bodily collision in this process when they entered curve, Both Li Jianrou and FONTANA Arianna fell out of the track. She pain fell on the ice, the referees had to suspend the competition. She was not seriously injured and hope to re-race, but the referee sentenced her to foul and under the yellow card penalty. Coach Li Yan appealed to the referee. Afterward, the race restarted. The race only bright spot was that the South Korea players Cho Ha-Ri and the USA players Katherine Reutter simultaneously made beyond Italy player Arianna Fontana. But also thus laid down a nightmare for Katherine. Cho Ha-Ri inside passed and Katherine outside passed. Katherine led her half of body after get beyond. The outside beyond is disadvantageous than the inside beyond. Katherine was interfered slightly when they entered the curve. Her left hand and left foot's ice skates had not to instantly touch the ice and her speed slowed down to outside curve. So Arianna Fontana need not to do anything beyond to promote the second. Out of the curve, Cho Ha-Ri was first and Arianna Fontana was second, Katherine was third. Afterward, perhaps Katherine had a little impetuous. The athletes entered next curve after Katherine speeded up, but inside track had not enough space to go beyond when athletes skated out of the curve. Katherine was impatient to go beyond, but she hit a block. So Her mistake led to herself fall. Her fall also interfered Arianna Fontana and Fontana's ice skates hit a flying black marker, Fontana slowed down apparently. Thus, this a foregone conclusion. They had to withdraw from the title's competition. Cho Ha-Ri won the champion rely on the steady play, Arianna Fontana got the silver medal, Katherine Reutter finished third to get the bronze medal. The competition is called the most boring race. Afterward the race restarted, Won the championship the popular candidate REUTTER Katherine due to accidental fall only to attain third.

ISU World Short Track Speed Skating Championships Sheffield, Great Britain. 11 - 13 Mar, 2011 Ladies 3000m relay final, China team won the gold medal. L to R: Li Jianrou, Xiao Han, Liu Qiuhong, Zhang Hui, Fan Kexin. Chinese girls raised up the national flag to celebrate. The last battle of 2011 World Championship, the Chinese women team got their wish to win 3000 meters relay gold medals. All Chinese ice fans incomparably excited. Stayed up late to see this victory, worthy! The Chinese women team detail was too good! China team Only Zhang Hui one athlete participated 2010 Winter Olympic Games. It has four teams in 3000m relay final. From the physical strength, China and South Korean were the most disadvantageous due to all had three athletes to participate in 3000m Super Final. None of Canada and Netherlands teams participated. Obviously, Canada team and Netherlands team were better than China team and South Korea team in the physical reserves. China team was in third track. The third track was disadvantage for Chinese team, but Liu Qiuhong started very gelivable, she contended the second position. This is very important. Afterward, Chinese athletes were calm and caught up with distance of Canada team. The really opportunity came! Inside track emerged enough space after the Canada team transferred relay baton when the race also had eight laps. This opportunity was fleeting. Fan Kexin seized the opportunity to decisively go beyond. Thus China team laid winning situation. After this, the distance between China team and Canada team was farther and farther. Actually led more than 1 second to win. Finally, Netherland was second, Canada was third. The Chinese girls morale is high and the fighting spirit is exuberant. The Spiritual strength overcame the physical exhaustion. Congratulations to the China team again! This season ended, China team is expected to further improve at next season. And hope that men team continues to try hard, the future can win a relay medal.
