Jessica skated at US Championships, Dec 16-19, 2010 – Salt Lake City. She finished 3rd overall, and will skate in the Winter World Cups and ALL individual distances at World Championships! Here are her results: 3rd Overall 9-Lap Time Trial - 3rd 4-Lap Time Trial - 2nd 1500M – 4th (A Final) 500M – 1st (A Final) 1000M – 3rd (A Final) 3000M – 3rd (A Final) Jessica had her best US Championships finish, winning the 500M. Jessica traveled to Europe to compete in World Cups 5 and 6. In Dresden, Jessica missed a bronze medal by .001 seconds – and was part of the GOLD MEDAL ladies’ relay team! She wraps up the World Cup circuit ranked #20 in the World Overall – 11th in the 1500M and 10th in the 1500M! Here are Jessica’s individual results from the World Championships in Sheffield, England (March 11-13, 2011), and World Team Championships in Warsaw, Poland (March 19-20, 2011): World Championships: Jessica did not skate individual distances at this event, but was part of the 3000M relay team, which finished 4th in the Semifinals. Here are Jessica's results from AmCup 1, St. Louis, MO (Oct 1-2, 2011). She finished 4th overall, she WON the 1000M, and she will be competing for the USA in the Fall World Cups!

Jessica skated at World Cup 1 in Salt Lake City, MO (Oct 21-23, 2011). She won BRONZE in the 500M, and was part of the Ladies' Relay team that won the B Final. Here are her results: 1500M(1) – Heats (1st); SF (4th); Final B (PEN) 1000M – Not Entered 500M – BRONZE MEDAL; Heats (1st); QF (2nd); SF (1st); Final A (3rd) 1500M(2) – Not Entered 3000M Relay - Jessica skated in the B Final, where the Ladies finished FIRST in an impressive performance! Yeah, it was *that* close! In the 500M semifinal, Martina Valcepina (ITA) made a valiant effort in this photo finish, but Jess won by 73/100ths of a second. In this race, both ladies qualified for the A Final - in that A Final, Martina won Silver, Jess won Bronze. World Cup 4 - Shanghai, China (Dec 9-11, 2011) Jessica Smith skated a strong 500m(1), winning bronze with a time of 45.338.
