LOVE THIS! The skaters from India do seem to be popular with the fans and their competitors. There's also a short quote from Emily Scott which seems to have inspired the title of the video, "Talent is Everywhere":

Susan Blakney and I attended a World Cup in Budapest, Hungary in around 2007. A skater from India was there but did not appear to have official representation or some such thing. He said it was his dream just to skate on the ice with Apolo Ohno. The officials decided to let him skate. He was very slow, not at competition level but the crowd gave him a huge ovation and cheered the whole time he skated his prelim. I think Apolo spoke to him at some point. It really was inspiring and took a lot of guts. A Northern CA SS skater from India said they have just one rink in the entire country (this was several years ago).
