Tony tweeted: "I swear Charles Hamelin looks SO MUCH BETTER SHAVED." AND I totally agree... what a difference! He looks younger too!

I'm waiting to watch it... coming up in a few minutes! Oh, sorry for the spoiler, Lily - I thought you were watching it with no delay. Is yours 'buffering' a bit too?

In the Ladies' Relay Semis, USA is up in the first heat against Russia, Japan and Netherlands.
Skating for USA will be Aly Dudek, Jessica Smith, Sarah Chen and Emily Scott.
Top 2 Relays from each heat qualify for Final A. Relays ranked 3 and 4 qualify for Final B.
Because my video isn't working, can somebody tell me who is the anchor? Jessica, maybe? (It will probably be the second skater in the lineup...)

Ahn, Kwak and JR were in a tight pack... Kwak slipped or caught an edge and went down! Luckily, he was on the outside so did not hit JR! JR was right on Ahn's tail the last couple laps! Congrats to JR! OK... up early for a meeting in Irvine... so I'm saying good night! ;D

No, it's not buffering at all... very smooth! I just logged on a little late, doing other things (multi-tasking) LOL! No apologies needed for 'spoiler' cos I had Tony's tweets, also ISU results, and here on Rocker U just so I could get the race results even before seeing the races!

Here's a nice wrap-up of the weekend thus far from the Canadian Press. I didn't realize that Charles Hamelin has reached the podium 5 consecutive times! Unfortunately, that streak will be broken with the failure of the relay team to advance... Also, in the excitement of watching the races yesterday, I didn't realize that Olivier Jean is missing! Y'all remember that he fell in a preliminary heat on Friday and was advanced - but apparently he suffered concussion-like symptoms and will not compete for the rest of the weekend. Feel better soon, Olivier! Bummer. Sarah was 3rd in her heat, but was not one of the fastest thirds, so she won't advance.

Racing now: Men's 500M Rep Heats USA doesn't have any men in this round. Hmmmm - I just realized that Russia's Vladimir Grigorev isn't competing in Nagoya. They only have 5 skaters...
